Tank expansion update

Hi all, just a quick update about the tanks. We have spoken to China again this morning and the tanks have been sat in the airport for a week since the 19th September waiting for a plane. This is new information so we just wanted to inform you all.
We will let you know as soon as we know when they are leaving but we just wanted to give you a quick update.
We're doing everything we can to get these out and thank you very much to everybody for your patience, we truly appreciate it!
Great news – our shipment from the manufacturer is here!

At around 9:30 this morning, a truck carrying our container of The Great War French Army and Centenary Edition arrived at our warehouse here in Henfield. We’ve spent the morning unloading and moving everything into the floor space we’ve cleared and will be able to start shipping everything out shortly.
As previously mentioned, the French tank models were made by a different company, and they’re being air-freighted to us. Getting the tanks made has been an exercise in pulling teeth – the manufacturer ran five months behind the agreed schedule and we’ve had all sorts of head-against-the-wall encounters along the way – but we’re finally about to get them. Once they arrive, we’ll be able to ship orders including the tank models, too.

We've just got some exciting pictures from the manufacturer of the final models of the Schneider and Saint Chamond tank and wanted to share them with you.

Good News – The Great War & French Army Expansion Have Left The Factory!

Finally – after a much lengthier wait than we’d expected – we’ve been informed that the pallets containing The Great War Centenary Edition and The French Army Expansion have left the factory and are on their way!
Once again, we apologise that it’s taken us this extra time to get everything in place, but firstly we wanted to be sure that the manufacturer’s quality control checks were carried out properly, and then arranging the shipping has been … let’s say … complicated. I didn’t have much hair before I started working on The Great War Kickstarter, but it’s fair to say I have even less now (there are a few torn-out clumps on the floor around my desk).
Most importantly, however, your games are on their way to us now and – transportation and customs allowing – we should have the pallets with us in about a month’s time. We’ll update you again once they’ve cleared customs and hit our warehouse, which will mean we’re about to start shipping your games directly to you.
Thanks for your patience over the past few weeks, we appreciate the support you’ve given us.
A quick shipping update

A few backers have quite rightly asked us for an update - last you heard, our factory was carrying out their final quality control checks and getting everything ready to ship.
We've experienced delays getting everything in place for shipping. The games have been ready to go for over a week, palleted up and waiting to leave, but we've not been in a position to get them on the road/on the boat. However, we're now expecting them to leave the factory this week. (Please don't let me curse the shipment by saying this...)
With regard to shipping and deliveries, this means we're now expecting the games to arrive with us late in July and we will start shipping them out to you as soon as they reach us. The games should be with you in August.
Once again, we're sorry for this delay - we thought everything was in place to hit that June delivery target, but a few things slipped in the manufacturing process and we wanted to get those right before releasing any products.
